During this online consultation we will discuss every aspect of your design, how it will best suit your section, any changes you would like to make, preferred colour schemes and your budget. Watch your true love come to life as we show you your new home in realistic 3d from the choices you've made. You will also receive a full list of your chosen fixtures and fittings and a detailed estimate showing everything that is included.

Once you've had a chance to review all the information we meet again and discuss anything you wish to change or modify. Once you are happy with all your decisions we will get the agreements and paperwork done and submit your plans for building consent approval.

Now things get even more exciting! We'll meet you on site before building begins with our local building partner. Throughout construction we will be monitoring quality, giving you regular updates and coordinating any site visits.
